Hello Everyone,

I received your emails from Dr. Clark relating to a community request.  My son does a yearly event for veterans and their spouses in Nelson County for Christmas.  He gets donations to give each of them gifts for the holidays in appreciation to their service and support of the Country.  This project is supported by members of the VFW, American Legion and Veterans Overseas Deployment non-profits.

Currently, Nelson County High school helps with the producing of Christmas Cards / Support Cards given to these individuals.  James' goal is to have more schools help with producing these cards to show more support.

The distribution date of the event is December 2nd. There are projected to be over 100 veterans and spouses to support.
