As I look toward the year as principal at Bardstown Elementary, one of my top priorities is doing my best to get to know each of you.
Whether you're a teacher, instructional assistant, office staff member, cafeteria worker, custodian, or support staff, I value the role you play in making BES such a special place for kids and families. I'd love to learn more about you and how I can best support you this year.
I’ve compiled a short survey (linked below) to help me get to know you better. It asks about your communication preferences, ideas about school culture, and other miscellaneous things that would help me get to know you better. It should only take 5–7 minutes to complete.
Participation is completely optional—but greatly appreciated! Your input will help shape how I lead, connect, and celebrate the amazing people in this building. There is no expectation that you complete this anytime soon. I will send a reminder once we get going for the school year.
