End of Year Trash

 

Good afternoon, I have a request from the housekeeping staff asking if everyone could please not fill the trash cans with loads of paper and books during their end of school cleaning out of their rooms, it would be greatly appreciated… we are already running into this in a few areas as we do every year. The bags are just too heavy for our staff to lift out of those cans,  and a lot of times too heavy for the trash bags to hold together with all that weight to get them into the dumpsters without ripping them. Mini Grant Deadline Approaching

 

Hello all,

Mini-grant applications are due on April 19^th. Last year, the Foundation awarded over $18,000 in grants. Please make sure to speak to Kelly Bedtelyon if you have questions ASAP.

Coin Wars

 Greetings,

For our Crusade Coin Wars, teachers keep all money in their room in a safe place. (A jar locked in your cabinet.) Bardstown Fire Dept. will be here the week of the 22nd and go room to room to count your jars. If you have a student that brought in $5 or more, send me, JOSH, your names, and we will deliver ducks to your room once per day.

Attention Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grade Parents/Guardians, Please keep the following dates in mind for state testing (KSA). As always, remember Tigers should be present, prompt, and prepared to be AWESOME on these days!

In Homeroom Mailboxes, there are stacks of Field Day Shirt Order Forms. Please send those out ASAP.

• PLEASE use the following Sheets----- select your grade level, then go to your classroom tab and enter both Name of Student and Shirt Size ; HOMEROOM TEACHERS and anyone attached to the homeroom (paraeducators) should be on that list as well (you all will match YOUR students)

• Money should be collected correctly and given to Tina. 
• For any student not assigned to a Homeroom, there is an ABLE/SpEd tab in 5^th grade sheet for you 
• MAKE SURE TO TALLY AND RECORD ALL SHIRT SIZES ON YOUR SHEET. It is marked on the side "Totals" (Example: YS-2, YM-1, AM-8, AL-1)
